There are fucking many reason to consider.
so as Frank. even though he is a expert technician
he still need to do several assumption only he can design a Hopper
I was designing a Hopper since last night after I received the task
Everything is so new to me
the angle of internal friction and kinematic angle friction
compacting stress and unconfined yield stress
everything is so fucking hard to deal with it
Still. I need to design it
First of all
I need to make several assumption
1. Assume that the hopper deal with Group C powders
(obviously I'm wrong, the interparticle bonds are TOO WEAK)
2. Assume that I have the data from the Jenike shear test
(HOLYSHIT. obviously I'm wrong again, I don't have the data sheet)
3. Assume that the Shear test have been taken
(at least I got this, which warm my heart so so so much)
After all, I still forget the most important assumption
: A 3 degree safety margin
even though I have do the same mistake on the past time
so WTF
DID THE SAME MISTAKE FOR THE SECOND TIME?
so I will forever remember this mistake
and hope it won't appear on my final
